Return Policy
 

WHAT can be returned?
All products purchased from Edgetex are returnable but some restrictions do apply. All returns require the prior approval of Edgetex and issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization ("RGA"). All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt and restocking fees may be imposed for certain returns.   

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All requests for RGA's must be made within 15 days of receipt of item.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
The RGA will include detail instructions as to the ship-to address for any approved return.

HOW do customers return items?
The RGA will include detail instructions as to the required carrier and method of shipping.

SHIPPING for returns?
If the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or if the item shipped is different from that ordered, the original shipping cost along with the cost of the return is refunded. If, however, the return is due to other reasons such as the Customer ordering incorrectly, the Customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the cost of the return, plus any applicable restocking fees. Items are shipped FOB shipping point and any claims for shipping damage are the responsibility of the Customer. Edgetex will assist in every way in processing any freight claims.   

CREDIT for returns?
Credits for returns supported by an approved RGA will be paid or credited to the customer's account within 30 days of receipt of the item subject to satisfactory inspection by Edgetex.

Packing materials?
All returned items should be packed in a commercially reasonable manner, preferably in the original packing material or as otherwise directed in the RGA
